American Canyon Veterinary Hospital is committed to providing state of the art veterinary care for your pet through the proactive use of the latest medical knowledge and modern equipment to ensure peace of mind for you, knowing that your pet is receiving the best care available.
We are a single doctor practice with a growing support staff of 4 including a practice manager, 2 CSRs, and a highly qualified veterinary assistant. We are full service for small animals, fully equipped with digital radiology, digital dental radiology, full surgical suite, ultrasound, and a recently added therapeutic laser. We have a special interest in reproduction, brachycephalic breeds, orthopedic rehabilitation, as well as routinely perform the common dentals, spays, neuters, mass removals, etc.
This position is for someone with a passion not only for animals, and medicine, but for working with people as well. This position would be responsible for anything from going over treatment plans with clients, answering phones and scheduling appointments, to assisting with procedures. This will depend on experience. All applicants must be willing, and able to pleasantly work with the general public, while maintaining professionalism. Applicants must have sufficient knowledge/skills, and be comfortable with all digital technology such as communicating through our app, and being familiar with our website, and social media pages. This position will also include daily janitorial work.

Previous Veterinary Experience: Required for CSR or Veterinary assistant position only.
